Red, White & Rawr! Sunsuit Kit

Create this classic stars-and-stripes knit baby sunsuit that is embellished with a RAWRSOME reverse appliqué dinosaur proudly holding the American flag! Black-and-white stacked buttons create the dinosaur’s bold eyes. Miniature patriotic star buttons stitched to the navy section on the flag resemble the rows of eye-catching stars we know and love. Satin ribbon fills in the silver flagpole within the dinosaur’s grasp. Red-and-white non-functional star buttons on the sunsuit’s navy bib match the pleated, striped shorts that feature an elastic leg-opening, crotch snaps, and cinched elastic back waist. Hidden functional buttons are stitched to the inside of the bib, opposite the star button, and are used with the buttonholes stitched on the criss-cross straps. The kit includes navy blue knit and red/white striped knit for the sunsuit, seagreen and red knit for the appliqué, elastic, Easy-Knit interfacing, Heat-n-Bond Soft Stretch Lite, Sulky Tear-Easy stabilizer, buttons, and snap-tape.
