Velveteen Party Dress Kit

This beautiful velveteen dress kit includes supplies to make this dress in your choice of size 4–10. The kit includes black cotton velveteen, black and white gingham silk dupioni for the belt, black broadcloth for the lining, piping cord, blank Swiss insertion, white French lace edging, fusible interfacing, buttons to cover, sewing thread, hand needles, and DMC floss and floche for the smocking and embroidered roses.
